If you run a cohort of people who are each trying to keep a promise to themselves, Elja works the same way for you: a branded home, a private Room, and a report that tells you the group is moving without exposing anyone in it. Cohort licenses start at ten seats. Coaches can, with a client's explicit consent, be invited into a single shared Mirror. Never by default, never without the client seeing exactly what's shared.

No. Elja is a reflection and follow-through practice. Mentor never diagnoses or gives clinical advice, and if someone writes something that suggests they need real help, Elja shows them how to find it and tells no one else.
The seat comes back to you. The person keeps their account, their history, and the free tier. Their words were never yours, so there's nothing to hand over.
Yes. Elja is in English today. Data is hosted in the United States; if you need a different region, ask, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it yet.
They can sign in with a work email or connect an existing personal Elja account to your seat. Either way, the account is theirs.
It's the same price an individual pays: $69 a person a year for Practice Plus, $149 for Studio. No volume games, no markup for the logo. Enterprise pricing is a conversation about what you need, not a rate card, and we're happy to run the numbers on your headcount together.
