Missions

A Mission is thirty days with one promise.

Every Mission is the same shape: one question a day, one small promise, and a record of what you did. What changes is what it's about.

Back from Burnout

Thirty days of promises sized for the energy you actually have, not the energy you used to have. A record of what you could do, kept honestly.

The First Year Sober

One small promise a day, apart from the big one, for anyone in the first year. Elja is not a recovery program and does not replace one; it is a place to keep your word to yourself in small ways.

How a Mission works

The same shape, every time.

  1. 01

    Day 1: one question

The Mission opens with a question about where you are right now. You answer in your own words, typed or spoken. Those words are kept exactly as you said them.

  2. 02

    Every day: one small promise

A question, an answer, and one promise small enough to attempt on a difficult day. Tomorrow you say what happened: Kept it, Did a smaller version, or Released it.

  3. 03

    Day 7: the Weekly Mirror

The phrases you repeated, how many promises you kept, made smaller, or released, one moment you may have overlooked, one question, and one small next step. You confirm or reject every observation.

  4. 04

    Day 30: Proof of Becoming

Your Day 1 answer beside your Day 30 answer, with three to five moments from the month in your exact words. You write what the change means. Yours to keep as a private PDF or image.

  5. 05

    After: Keep It mode

When the thirty days are done, keep the promise going with a lighter rhythm and a monthly Mirror. Or open the next Mission. Nothing resets either way.
