Questions about paying
Do I need a card to start?
No. A free account is just your email address. There is no card, no trial clock, and no password.
What does “your first Weekly Mirror” mean on the free plan?
Everyone gets the Day 7 Mirror, free, so you can see what it’s like before deciding whether the weekly ones are worth paying for. Practice Plus includes every Mirror after that.
Is there a coach or human option?
Not yet. When there is, it will be a separate, clearly priced relationship, not something implied by a $9.99 subscription. We’d rather say that now than disappoint you later.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
No. Practice Plus and Elja Studio are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel either one at any time. Practice itself is free forever and never asks for a card.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing. It stays yours, readable, exportable, and deletable, on the free plan.
